Job ResponsibilitiesCreating a positive client experience
Greeting and checking in clients
Making and confirming appointments
Full service knowledge and retail sales
Additional services as required
Maintaining cleanliness of the Salon
Preparing work stations – maintaining guest lounge
SkillsExcellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with a customer service attitude
Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
Familiarity with processing transactions
Solid organization and record-keeping skills
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
